1. Acceptance

By creating an account on VibeEdit Video ("the Service") you agree to these Terms.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to compositions, assets, and renders you create or upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and render your content on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to create or distribute:

• Material that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks.
• Content that impersonates real persons without consent.
• Sexual content involving minors, gore, hate speech, or harassment.
• Spam or material that violates third-party platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI output

The Service uses third-party AI models. Output is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before public use.

6. MiniMax H3 terms

MiniMax H3 is a video model offered only in territories permitted by the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. By selecting or using MiniMax H3, you agree to that agreement and its Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. The excluded territories are the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. Our territory check uses your network IP address and denies access when the country cannot be verified. A location check is not permission to use a VPN or otherwise evade this restriction.

You must not use MiniMax H3, its derivatives, or its outputs to:

• Break laws, infringe or misappropriate rights, or harm yourself or another person.
• Exploit or harm minors, harass or defame people, or impersonate anyone without consent or lawful authority.
• Create harmful false claims about elections, fake engagement, or undisclosed machine-generated public content.
• Create or spread malware, harmful personal data, violent extremism, terrorism, or discriminatory content.
• Evade safeguards, make high-risk automated decisions about people, exploit vulnerable groups, or use the model for military purposes.
• Provide unauthorized professional services or use outputs to train or improve another AI model.
• Publish AI-generated content publicly without clear disclosure, or use the model in violation of local social or ethical standards.

You are responsible for outputs and their use. Report suspected violations or harmful outputs to support@vibeedit.video. We investigate reports and may remove content, restrict access, or suspend repeat violators.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
